“We engaged with JJ Construction and Jim Small in the exploration phase of our home addition project where we were just trying to identify what was possible with our home. We had not identified an architect, established plans, budget, etc. which Jim quickly helped steer us in the right direction. We discussed the options that were possible and ballpark estimates based on these concepts which helped us understand what we were in for. When it came to budget, Jim was always honest, either giving us a ballpark that turned out to be very accurate, or identifying what would need to be further understood in order for him to even go that far. He stayed on top of the project throughout, responding to our concerns, and most importantly, hitting our deadline which was 4 months out start to finish. Suffice it to say, Jim hit the target and we enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with our extended family in our new kitchen, master bedroom and bath, loft, and family room. Thanks Jim!”
